Built by people who have had to defend the finding
Most risk software is built by engineers who have never sat across from counsel and been asked which document supports a sentence. VERITY is built around that conversation, because that conversation is where an intelligence product either holds or collapses.
The idea came out of a simple observation in litigation finance and special situations work: by the time the disclosure explains the problem, every party who could have acted on it has already been priced out of acting. The information existed. It was in a state registry, in a dealer quote, in a docket that nobody was reading against the other two.
VERITY reads them together. The discovery side is deliberately conservative, because a monitoring product that escalates everything is the same as one that escalates nothing. The investigation side is deliberately slow, because a claim that has not been attacked internally will be attacked externally, and the second is more expensive.

Four commitments we will be held to
- 01
We publish what we missed
Every run reports its coverage gaps alongside its findings. A vendor that only reports what it caught is reporting on its marketing, not its coverage.
- 02
We stand down in public
Stand-downs appear in the same brief as escalations, with the reasoning intact. That is the only way a client can calibrate how much to trust an escalation.
- 03
We say what is not built
The platform page and the security page separate what this environment does from what the next backend layer will do. Nobody has to discover that in a technical review.
- 04
We do not become the accuser
VERITY produces work product for a client and its counsel. It does not file, does not publish and does not recommend a trade. That line is architectural, not editorial.
