Privacy notice
This notice covers the VERITY website and its demonstration terminal. It was last updated on 9 October 2026.
What we collect
When you send a pilot request we receive the name, work email, firm, seat, universe size and any note you type into the form, plus the country your request came from and the time it was sent.
When you browse the site, Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views (page, referrer, browser type and country). It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Why we use it
We use pilot request details only to reply to you and to scope a pilot you asked about. We use analytics only to understand which pages people read. We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not add you to a mailing list.
Cookies
The marketing pages set no cookies. The demonstration terminal sets one strictly necessary cookie, verity_session, after you enter the access code. It expires after eight hours and holds no personal data.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics.
- Make.com receives the pilot request and routes it to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts the inbox where requests arrive.
How long we keep it
We keep pilot request details while we are discussing a pilot with you and delete them when that conversation ends, unless a signed engagement requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Send the request through the request form or reply to any email we have sent you, and we will respond within 30 days.
Demonstration data
Every company, score, figure and case shown on this site and in the terminal is fictional. The demonstration environment holds no client data.
